Jayhawk Nation: with warmer temps headed our way, a decision has been made to switch to half-days on Thursday and Friday. Release times for W/Th/F will be 11 am at the MS/HS and 12:05 pm at Townsend. Sack lunches will be provided to all 'in person' students.
Attention bus riding families: bus stop times are currently being worked on. Please anticipate a call on Tuesday letting families know the approximate time their student can expect to be picked up in the morning. We appreciate your patience and understanding on the matter.

Come one, come all to Kindergarten Roundup at Townsend Elementary School on July 30 from 5:30-6:30. Come meet the teachers, hear about how much fun your child will have all while learning and growing in a safe, caring environment! Wear a mask and bring your junior Jayhawk!
Kindergarten Roundup is July 30 on the front lawn at Townsend Elementary! The informational meeting will begin at 5:30pm. Bring your phone, your mask, and prepare to come meet our amazing Kindergarten teachers!!! Children who have not yet received a readiness packet and Tshirt can get one at this time! Can’t wait to see you there!
Look what our summer food program is passing out today! Fresh fruit and chicken patties to all community members while supplies last. We also are passing out free lunch and breakfast to anyone 18 years or younger. Program runs from 11:00 a.m until 12:30 p.m.
