JACKSON COUNTY, MI - Just a few months after forming, a team of Jackson County high schoolers has represented the state of Michigan in an international science competition.

The “Green Team,” six Vandercook Lake High School students from an AP environmental science class, formed in mid-March to take part in Envirothon - a multi-part academic competition for high school teams from across the United States, Canada, China and Singapore.
